1. General Information
Music Discovery LLC provides private and group music instruction in piano, voice, guitar, ukulele, and related services. By enrolling in lessons or making a payment through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Tuition and Fees
Tuition is due as stated on each invoice. Payments may be made online through our secure Authorize.net checkout or in person by arrangement. Tuition reserves a specific lesson time and teacher; therefore, all payments are non-refundable.
3. Missed Lessons and Makeups
We understand that occasional absences are unavoidable. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to miss a lesson. Makeups may be offered when scheduling allows but are not guaranteed. Repeated absences may result in loss of a reserved lesson time.
4. Refund Policy
All tuition and fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for missed lessons, student withdrawals, or scheduling conflicts. In the rare case of a teacher’s extended absence or a studio-wide closure, makeups or credits may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
5. Late Payments and Accounts
Late fees may apply to overdue balances. Accounts that are habitually overdue may be required to keep a card on file for automatic billing.
6. Scholarships and Financial Assistance
Scholarships may be available for eligible students who have not yet graduated from high school and have studied with us for at least six months. Continued participation requires consistent attendance, practice, and engagement as outlined in our scholarship policy.
7. Privacy and Security
We value your privacy. All online payments are processed securely through Authorize.net. No payment information is stored on our servers. Personal contact information collected by Music Discovery is used only for lesson communication and internal recordkeeping.
